Is your PC acting up?  I can help you to find out what's wrong and how to fix it.

Virus Removal

Computer infected with a virus?  I can nurse your PC back to health.  I have various tools and methods depending on the virus or how badly your PC is infected.  Most viruses can be removed on-site.  If not, I will usually bring the PC back to my office to do more in depth removal procedures.  See pricing below.

Updates and Upgrades

I can help you get your PC up to snuff whether it be installing modern components or upgrading to the latest Operating System.  The software you use everyday is constantly being updated with new features and security patches.  I can help you keep your applications up-to-date and free of bugs.

Tune-Ups

Computer running slow?  I can give your computer a tune-up and optimization.  Just like your vehicle, your PC needs to be maintained in order to continue to serve it's purpose well.  Just like your car, if you don't keep up on important preventative maintenance.  You may find yourself virtually stuck on the side of the road when that important project is due.

Network Support

Is your network in need of some attention?  I can help you get things back in order whether it be setting up a reliable backup solution or cleansing your network of malware by installing a security appliance.  In todays workplace, information sharing is key.  I can help you get all your important files shared to those who need access and blocked from those who don't.  If your in need of a wireless solution, I can help you get unplugged, while still maintaining access to the Internet and other work resources.

Pricing

On-site repair and support - $75 per hour

In-shop repair - $135 flat fee (not hourly)

Diagnostic fee - $35
